Discogs import (music)

Add Discogs as a music import source: one row = one release with a final status, resolved via MusicBrainz — same logic as the existing book imports (StoryGraph/Goodreads).

A Last.fm/Spotify scrobble history doesn't fit this shape (an event stream, not a final status per item) — a different, bigger feature if ever considered.
