[BETA] Loomkeep 1.11.0

Talk to your friends from inside Loomkeep, follow whole sagas from first film to latest sequel, and get alerts that finally do exactly what you want.

✨ New

  • Private messages between friends. Chat with the people you follow back, with formatting, spoilers, reactions, pins, search, read receipts and typing indicators you can switch off. Messages can be edited, deleted and reported.
  • Share and recommend titles as cards. Send any film, show, game or book to several friends at once from its "…" menu, or type /reco or # in a message. Links to catalogues turn into cards too.
  • Work discussions live in Messages. The new "Œuvres" tab collects the discussions you took part in, with unread counts, mute, search, and the same comfortable composer as private messages.
  • Sagas. Films, anime, games and books now show their saga on the page, with your progress on each work. A new Works / Sagas switch in your libraries lists sagas in progress, waiting for a sequel, and finished.
  • Sequel alerts. Finish a work and Loomkeep offers the next one; when a sequel is announced, you hear about it.
  • Upcoming games and movies. See exact or approximate release dates, keep your tracking ready for release day, and get a reminder. Releases show up in the calendar, the weekly summary and your feeds.
  • XP history. Open your level card to see, day by day, where every XP came from and what was taken back.
  • New achievements for finishing sagas, pages read, hours played and more.
  • Report lists and profiles, with clearer reasons and fairer moderation measures.

🔧 Improvements

  • A fully rebuilt notifications page. Choose, alert by alert, whether you get a bell entry, a push or an email. Security changes on your account now send you an email, and so do other things worth knowing about, like an API key about to expire.
  • XP now rewards what you actually finished: a long novel pays more than a short comic, a 100-hour game more than a 3-hour one, and a saga or a reading goal pay progressively.
  • A Ghost filter separates shows you left months ago from the ones you just paused, and every library shares the same status icons.
  • Delete your account with a clear timeline of what happens, and a more complete data export.
  • Profiles, lists, reviews and notifications respect the domains you turned off instead of leading to pages you can't open.
  • Reviews can be searched, sorted and filtered by domain; the add-to-list, followers and collaborators windows were redesigned.
  • Wizard steps and toasts feel smoother: toasts wait while you hover them.
  • Shared Loomkeep links get a proper preview image.

🐛 Fixes

  • A friends-only review's rating, a list edited by a collaborator and your progression no longer show up to people who shouldn't see them.
  • Anime episodes are now named in the right order, and seasons carry sensible names.
  • Weekly digest notifications are written in your language and mention each show once.
  • A dormant account can no longer be deleted if its warning email never went out.
  • First finishes of games and books are correctly credited and taken back when you un-finish.

🏠 Self-hosting and administration

  • Private messages are behind a new instance setting, off by default, and covered by the privacy policy, terms and moderation tools.
  • The admin area gets a global search, an "attention" summary, richer jobs (next run, overdue runs) and import details.
  • ARM images are now published: Loomkeep runs on Raspberry Pi, ARM NAS and Apple Silicon servers.
  • Outgoing requests to third-party services are now time-bounded, so a slow provider can't hang the app.
  • Setup guides moved to docs.loomkeep.app, which the app now links everywhere it helps.
